SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE – RETROFIT

Recently completed – a full CNC & Electrical Retrofit to a large Schiess CNC Vertical Borer, including C Axis & Live Tooling.

The package included a new Siemens Sinumerik ONE Control, new Digital Servo Motors & Drives to the X, Z and C Axes, new Table Drive and new Spindle Drive for Live Tooling; the machine was also fully re-wired.

In addition, the entire hydraulic & hydrostatic systems have been replaced
